- To bolster ease of operation, the easy-to-read LCD screen and accompanying controls/buttons are centrally located at the front of the machine. EBM’s Paper Cutters offer features for extra efficiency, including:
- Automatic, Manual and Divide Modes
- Automatic and Manual Back Gauge Push Out options,
- Automatic Cutting and Clamping,
- Adjustable Clamping Pressure and
- Oversize Stock Processing capability to fit each project’s needs.
- Memory Function capable of storing up to 99 cut programs.
- When dealing with large machinery, safety is paramount. In case of any unexpected emergencies, the 19HP-LB is equipped with an Emergency Stop button to immediately interrupt operation of the machine. As a fail-safe, each EBM cutter is also outfitted with an Infrared Safety Curtain (ISC). The ISC will disrupt the machine when any object crosses its path, inhibiting the cutting cycle and stopping the blade from continuing to cut. Every EBM machine has a supplementary Operator’s Manual, highlighting proper guidelines for safe use. Please be sure to read all safety instructions before operating any heavy machinery.
- Each machine has both Standard and Metric measuring options to accommodate your preference. Ample storage is provided below the machine for easy access to any needed materials or maintenance products kept on hand.
